EN 14492-1 Compliant Engineering

Advanced 4-Stage Gearing & 24V Efficiency

At the heart of the EN4300 is a massive 8.4hp (6.3kW) series-wound motor paired with an industry-leading 4-stage planetary gear train. The high 516:1 gear ratio provides exceptional torque and steady, controlled pulling power, enabling the winch to handle its maximum capacity with ease and maintain efficiency in 24V DC systems.

Premium Synthetic Rope & Hawse Fairlead

This model is fitted with 111.5ft (34m) of 3/8" (9.2mm) high-strength synthetic rope. Synthetic rope significantly reduces the overall weight of the unit and eliminates the risk of 'bird-nesting' or hazardous wire splinters, making it safer and easier for operators to handle during repetitive daily tasks.

  • IP67 Waterproofing: Fully sealed against water, mud, and dust, the EN4300 is ready for the harshest outdoor recovery conditions.
  • 100% Load-Holding Brake: The mechanical, automatic, in-drum braking system ensures the load is held securely, providing operators with complete confidence, even if power is interrupted.
