24V 18,500lb Pro Winch for Faymonville Trailers and Heavy Recovery

The Novawinch Pro 18,500lb (8,391kg) is a 24V electric winch with steel wire rope, wired remote and integrated roller tensioner. Engineered for heavy-duty use on Faymonville trailers, recovery trucks and tractors. High duty cycles, industrial-grade solenoids and weather-sealed construction for transport and recovery in tough conditions.

Integrated Roller Tensioner

The built-in spring-loaded roller tensioner keeps the 12mm wire rope packed tightly on the drum, reducing "birds-nesting" and jammed cables during fast spooling. For operators winching plant or vehicles onto trailers, this helps extend cable life and avoid downtime.

Pulling Power and Gearing

Rated 18,500lb (8,391kg) single-line pull with a 430:1 gear ratio and 3-stage planetary gear train. The winch maintains consistent line speed and strong holding power on steep ramps. Automatic brake in the drum for load-holding.

24V Operation and Control
