STINGER 12000 24V 4x4 Winch (5.4T) – 26m Steel Wire Rope & DUO Remote

The Novawinch STINGER 12000 is a 24V electric winch for suitably equipped 4x4s, pickups, trailers and recovery vehicles. It delivers 12,000lb (5,443kg) of rated line pull on the first rope layer and comes with 26m × 9.2mm steel wire rope and a 4-way roller fairlead.

Steel wire rope for demanding conditions

Steel wire rope is a practical choice where the line may encounter rough ground or abrasive surfaces. The included roller fairlead guides the wire rope as it moves in and out of the winch. Inspect the rope and fairlead before use, and replace damaged wire rope promptly.

Wireless or wired control

The included DUO controller can be used wirelessly, allowing you to operate from a suitable position with a clear view of the recovery. To use it as a wired controller, connect the separate supplied 3.9m cable to the DUO and plug it into the winch.

Installation and pulling capacity

The winch requires a suitable 24V electrical system and secure mounting. Its mounting bolt pattern is 254 × 114.3mm. The 12,000lb rating is the available pulling force on the first rope layer; available pull reduces as more rope builds up on the drum. Follow the supplied instructions for installation, electrical protection and operating periods.
