The Novawinch HEN15000 is an EN-rated 15,000lb (6,804kg) hydraulic winch, engineered to meet strict European safety standards. It is certified for professional commercial recovery and industrial applications where compliance is mandatory. Featuring a multi-disc brake and IP67 protection, it is ideal for heavy-duty recovery trucks, fire engines, and flat-bed trailers.

Certified Power for Extreme Recovery

The HEN15000 is built for the most demanding jobs, offering a first-layer line pull of 15,000 lb (6,804 kg) and a line speed of 19.7 fpm (6 m/min) at 55 l/min oil flow. It operates at a working pressure of 2,175 psi (15 MPa) with a gear ratio of 17.3:1. This winch is ideally suited for recovery trucks, fire engines, tractors, and flat-bed trailers.

Safety & Engineering

A multi-disc brake and smart hydraulic valve direction change ensure precise load control and superior stopping power, tested to 125% of rated capacity. Its robust construction features a forged aluminium motor mounting plate, hardened planetary gears, and a carbon steel tie bar. IP67-rated seals provide protection against dust and water, ensuring reliable operation in harsh UK conditions.

Wire Rope & Performance by Layer

The recommended wire rope is 13 mm (1/2"), with a drum capacity of 98.4 ft (30 m) across four layers. Rated line pull and line speed vary by layer; please refer to the Performance table in the Specifications for detailed information. A manual clutch is included.
