Heavy-Duty Aluminium Infill Section – VR-HH (Double Top Hook)

The Intracon VR-HH aluminium infill section is designed to fit between main loading ramps, closing the gap for a continuous loading surface. Made in the Netherlands from top-grade aluminium with fully welded construction and surface grip bars. Each section is 1120mm long x 449mm wide; use a pair for full width. Double top hook connection for secure mounting. Ideal for heavy-duty vehicles and tracked machines.

What is the VR-HH infill section and what is it for?

The Intracon VR-HH is an aluminium infill section (1120mm long x 449mm wide) that fits between main loading ramps to close the gap. It uses a double top hook connection and is built for heavy-duty use with vehicles and tracked machines. Use a pair for full width. Grip bars give extra traction.

How does VR-HH differ from VR-VO or VR-VH ramps?

VR-HH is an infill section (short section between ramps), not a full-length ramp. It has a double top hook. VR-VO and VR-VH are full trailer loading ramps (bottom hook vs top hook). The infill pairs with main ramps to give a continuous loading surface.

How do the infill sections attach?

They use a double top hook connection to mount to the trailer or ramp frame. Each section is 1120 x 449mm; two sections (a pair) give full width. Aluminium, fully welded, with grip bars.
