What sizes are included in this 3/4" drive set?

The Solid X set includes 12 pieces in 3/4" drive, deep 6-point profile.

• Sizes: 17, 19, 21, 22, 24, 27, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38 and 41mm

Covers chassis bolts (e.g. 24mm, 27mm) through to heavy axle nuts and tractor wheel fixings (32–41mm). Supplied in a heavy-duty blow mould case.

Why 3/4" drive rather than 1/2"?

3/4" impact guns deliver 1000Nm+ torque. When requirements exceed about 600Nm, 1/2" drive isn't enough. This set is for commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and heavy plant where you need the size and strength for large nuts and studs.

Why deep sockets?

Heavy trucks and tractors often use long threaded studs. Deep sockets let the stud pass through the socket so you can fully engage the nut. Essential for wheel and hub work on commercial and agricultural equipment.

Why CR-MO and 6-point?

CR-MO (Chromium-Molybdenum) is forged to absorb the shock of 3/4" impact without splitting. Standard sockets can fail at this torque. The 6-point hex gives maximum contact with large nuts and helps avoid rounding off seized fixings.
