Wheel Lynx is designed for the secure lifting of commercial vehicles up to 16 tons axle load (8 tons per side), with winching capabilities exceeding 16 tons. It can be used in conjunction with spreader beams, making it an ideal solution for damage-free lifting.
Constructed with Swedish SSAB Strenx 700 high-performance steel, Wheel Lynx brackets are synergically welded and tested to withstand up to 35 tons per bracket. The use of this steel ensures high capacity while keeping the brackets lightweight for ease of use. A special plating finish enhances durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring reliable year-round use.

Our state-of-the-art facility houses overhead cranes, pit facilities, truck and trailer vehicle lift facilities, 200t workshop presses and extra wide brake roller testing to cater for over width trailers. We also use the very latest in welding, plasma and flame cutting equipment, operated by our trained and highly skilled staff. You can also find specialist OEM tooling, hydraulic jig straightening, painting and refinishing, hydraulic hoses, fittings and tube supplied and made on site.
Being able to accommodate for over 50 people on site really helps us a company offer a full package, and here at Rydam we have everything under one roof. Training is delivered by leading industry professionals, with industry leading syllabuses and materials. We believe having the ability to touch and feel with onsite practical courses is imperative, that’s why training at our high-end facility ranges from user compliance courses, maintenance courses to technical learning on ebs and abs.
We have invested heavily over the last few years to be able to grow our business in a way that meets our customers’ needs and expectations. Using the latest in high definition cnc plasma cutters we are able to mass produce unmanned identical items every time with little to no after cut prep. Doing this reduces downtime and improves the standard of the finished product. To add to this we have implemented a variety of new CLOOS welding systems, high amperage synergic pulse mig sets, high amperage synergic pulse tig sets and the latest in hand held plasma torch cutters from Lincoln.
